Do you feel connected to your body?

Does it feel like you spend way too much time working whether a professional career or a stay at home mom taking care of the family/kids, and you keep telling yourself, “I’ll start taking better care of my heart.body.mind.spirit tomorrow”? How much time are you spending on electronics these days? Social Media? How often do you find yourself wishing you could slow down, breath deeper, feel better in your skin and feel more aligned? Or maybe your one of those people who spends too much time meditating and not enough time taking care of physical needs? Somewhere in our heart.body.mind.spirit we are usually have a dis connect, an imbalance. We either sit too much, or don’t connect enough with Mother Nature, spend too much time on our computer and therefore our heart.body.mind.spirit feels undernourished and depleted. We feel drained, we feel tired. How can we shift this? For me? Kundalini Yoga has rocked my world. It has been one of the most powerful tools helping to me to re align the heart.body.mind.spirit connection bringing in more aliveness, clarity, energy and a sense of real empowerment from the inside out. Yoga teaches the body awareness and those are lessons you have for the rest of your life.
