Practicing Kundalini Yoga is used as a tool to expand consciousness and reach a state of lightness, joy, and boundless love.

Kundalini Yoga awakens the energy that lies dormant at the base of your spine, inviting it to rise throughout all of the energy centers (chakras) up to the crown of your head, creating an upward flow of energy and balancing your chakras and energetic bodies.

Healing Modalities & Kundalini Yoga

There are many paths and healing modalities to use for your transformation and growth, one of my favorites is Kundalini Yoga.

With Kundalini Yoga we activate the vital life force energy within our spinal column raising it to higher levels of consciousness which naturally acts as a healing modality. Healing modalities may be described as methods or processes of restoring balance within ourselves. I use Kundalini Yoga because it focuses on the most crucial energy pathways and restoring the Central Nervous System.

When you have a strong nervous system, you no longer live from flight, flight, freeze reactive states and instead learn to trust your inner guidance once again. Using these clear, direct, intentional healing modalities, you journey on a path that raises your vibration, giving you the experience of deep inner peace, calm and joy, which in turn elevates your experience of life as a whole!

I started practicing Kundalini Yoga when all of my practices were seemingly no longer serving me.

I felt dry, bored & dull – as if all my years of practice & study were no longer nourishing the needs of the heart.body.mind.spirit

Quickly after starting Kundalini Yoga, I realized I had always been searching for something that would ignite me from the inside out vs. the outside in.
So many of my other physical practices/exercises were about the external “look” and never quite hit the mark. Through Kundalini Yoga, I realized my inner strength, beauty + radiance was shining from the inside out.

It was a game changer & I’ve been hooked ever since.

When we consistently activate the potent energy of Kundalini in our body,
it works on many different levels from the cellular to the mystical.

I have recorded a basic spinal series that is perfect for anyone. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, this set of exercises (kriya in Sanskrit) will activate your kundalini energy and get you moving towards where you want to be. 

This series works systematically from the base of the spine to the top.

In a beginner’s class, each exercise that lists 108 repetitions can be done 24 times.

The rest periods are then extended from 1-2 minutes.
